Colin Hunter, Head Chef at Number Twenty Five...

I got interested in catering because my parents used to run a men's social club in Edinburgh. Three or four times throughout the year we would have some of the top chefs in Edinburgh come to do functions at the club. I used to help out where I could or where they would let me. After seeing these chef's working to such high standards, I was compelled to enter the industry myself.

Here at No25 we strive to produce meals at a standard that reflects the compassion for food that I have always had.
