With its multi use stage and dance floor, Ghillie Dhu can showcase a variety of performances from live bands, solo pianists, theatre, comedy or dance.

Ghillie Dhu - Edinburgh's Newest Fringe Venue Opening Spring 2010

 

Ghillie Dhu, on Rutland Place at the end of Princes Street, launched in March 2010. This Grade A Listed former Church has been refurbished as an exuberant 3 storey venue boasting a traditional Scottish pub, a breathtaking live venue and performance space with decorative vaulted ceiling, period architectural features and a state of the art sound and lighting system.

 

Ghillie Dhu is ideal for comedy, dramatic performances and music events throughout the Edinburgh Festival and Fringe as well as acting as a flexible events space specialising in catering for ceilidhs, Hogmanay celebrations, fashion shows, corporate events.
