Chef Jean Paul Giraud at The Bothy, Glasgow and Chef Craig Legget The Bothy Perth are two restaurants that pride themselves on providing the best Scottish fayre using locally produced ingredients and both are well worth a visit if you are in the area.

For a beautifully cooked three course meal, try The Cricklewood with executive chef Michael Kilkie or a gourmet burger from one of the Ketchup Restaurants in Glasgow and Dundee.
