First Let me introduce myself, my name is Rodolphe Combes I have recently taken the role of general manager after 6 succesfull years in Corinthian in Glasgow and have brought with me Eric Avenier, who was my award winning chef there.
I am originally from Toulouse but have spent many years in Glasgow and I am looking forward to many more in East Kilbride. Please feel free to say hello or ask for me when you are next in.
