DJ Ross McMillan

Ross always loved music from an early age and this naturally lead to an interest in DJing. After saving up for what seemed like an eternity he got his hands on a cheap set of turntables and the practicing began. Mix tapes were made for Ross's classmates and his first big break was his own school disco!! He then gained more experience by playing at birthday parties on his own sound system before looking to move into Glasgow's club scene.

At 17 Ross was offered the chance to play in a local bar, also followed by DJing at Bootylicious under 18's and from there on has progressed to play in many of Glasgow's top bars and clubs, and has had guest spots in Edinburgh, Dundee and Belfast.

Ross also had a guest mix broadcast on Beat 106 on the popular Urban Beat show. Along the way Ross has played with some of the country's most talented DJ's such as DJ Yoda, D. Ramirez, Radio 1's G Child and Norman Jay to name a few.

Ross's talent and knowledge of many styles of music has lead to him being one of Glasgow's most in demand DJs. Currently Ross plays out 8 times a week! You can catch Ross in Kushion, Viper, Common, Karbon, The Byre and Red Lizard.

Ross adopts a more challenging party style of DJing more common in the U.S where DJs will cut and mix different genres throughout their set, instead of the same music for a whole night, and it's definitely a welcome addition for the club scene in Glasgow and Ross is at the forefront of it.
